A reminder to our families about bringing medication to school.
Please be mindful of:
1. Action Plans and Expiry Dates - this all needs to be updated regularly. Most Action Plans are only current for 12 months from the date of issue.
2. Medication such as Puffers/EpiPens/Antihistamines need to be checked regularly by families for current expiry date
3. Most importantly, if you have not already supplied a current Medical Information Form then this needs to be a priority
4. If your child requires medication to be dispensed to them during school hours, this takes place in the first Aid area of the Front Office. It is a requirement that you please complete a Medication Authorisation Administration Record Form and send in to the front office with clear instructions for dispensing medication to your child. Medication should be in its original packaging (no loose tablets or unlabelled liquids will be administered.
